Hilton Foundation Claims Westlake Village’s Dole Building for $50M

The Dole building in Westlake Village, CA was acquired by the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation for $50 million in an off-market transaction. CBRE’s Todd Tydlaska, Sean Sullivan, Mike Longo, Tom Dwyer and Michael Slater represented the seller, Dole Food Company Inc.

The 168,000-square-foot corporate campus, located at One Dole Drive, sits on more than 10 acres and has served as Dole Food’s HQ for more than 20 years. Dole will continue to occupy a portion of the building. The Hilton Foundation, which was a tenant at the property prior to the sale, has now designated the space as its headquarters.

The site, which features a three-story office building, subterranean parking, and expansive greenspace, sits across the street from the Four Seasons Westlake Village.

“One Dole Drive is a truly unique property,” said Longo. “There is nothing like it in the entire market.”
