Hilton-Branded Hotels Set for Gallery Park

A Tempo by Hilton and Homewood Suites is under construction on the corner of Power Road and Loop 202.

The dual-branded hotel is planned to have 174 rooms spread across four stories. Tempo by Hilton will offer what the company calls 97 upscale lifestyle rooms. Tempo will also have a resort-style pool with cabanas, an event lawn, private event spaces and indoor and outdoor fitness areas. The Homewood Suites by Hilton portion of the hotel will feature 77 extended-stay suites.

The Phoenix Business Journal reports the company says the hotel will also have a full-service restaurant and bar that will offer “an elevated casual dining experience with a New American menu.”

Vivo Development Partners is developing the Tempo/Homewood Suites as part of the larger Gallery Park mixed-use project. At buildout, the project expects to have more than 1 million square feet of mixed-use commercial space divided between office, retail and restaurants. It also calls for 305 luxury apartments.
