Hillwood, USAA Partner on 365K-SF Victory Commons Office Tower

Hillwood Urban and USAA Real Estate have combined forces to develop Victory Commons, a 15-story, 365,000-square-foot office building in Dallas’ mixed-use Victory Park development. The project on Victory Avenue is the first major office project to go north since One Victory Park Tower opened in 2008.

BOKA Powell is the designer of the project, which is scheduled for a fall 2021 completion. Hillwood has been working on the development for more than a year; the office building is situated on 8.5 acres, one of the final available building sites in the 75-acre Victory Park. The mixed-use project is on the northwest edge of downtown Dallas.

Before its recent acquisition by JLL, HFF arranged for funding, with construction financing provided through Canada-headquartered QuadReal.
