Hillwood Launches Third Multifamily Community at Frisco Station in Dallas

Hillwood Multifamily has broken ground on its third urban living apartment community at Frisco Station, a 242-acre mixed-use development at the northwest quadrant of the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway.

The Casey at Frisco Station, a 300-unit luxury apartment home community, follows The Cadence at Frisco Station, which opened last September and was completed in March of this year. The Casey will be located at 4250 Gridiron Road in Frisco.

Designed by JHP Architecture/Urban Design, The Casey will be a five-story, urban-style community with one- and two-bedroom units, ranging from 513 square feet to 1,375 square feet. Incorporating a tech-rich amenity package.

Upon completion, Frisco Station will include 2,400 units of urban living residential, a 30-acre programmed park system, a 55-acre corporate campus, a dining, shopping and entertainment district, 3 million square feet of mid- and high-rise office space and 34-acres of health, wellness and medical facilities. The Casey is scheduled for preleasing in the Spring of 2023, with its first units coming online in Fall 2023 and full completion in early 2024.

About Erik Hamilton

Erik Hamilton, who has more than 15 years in CRE journalism, is a former staff writer with the Los Angeles Times and the Orange County Business Journal. In addition to The Times and the OCBJ, he was also a reporter and editor for Crittenden Research, The San Bernardino Sun and UPI. Erik also worked six years in CRE public relations with Los Angeles-based Hoyt Organization, where he was a Senior Account Executive. He later joined Lee & Associates where he served as the Director of Corporate Communications. There ,in addition to his work with Lee’s CEO, he managed 57 offices nationwide and provided PR, social media and media training for the offices.
