Hillwood Multifamily has broken ground on Harvest House, a 349-unit luxury multifamily community situated adjacent to Harvest Town Center, the retail and commercial component of Hillwood’s 1,200-acre Harvest master-planned community in Argyle, Texas. Located at the northeast corner of I-35W and FM 407, Harvest House features 259 apartments and 90 townhomes with private yards. The project is a joint venture between Hillwood Properties and Hillwood Communities, with financing provided by Comerica Bank.

Harvest House will be within walking distance of the retail, restaurant and commercial amenities within Harvest Town Center, including the recently announced Tom Thumb grocery store, which has broken ground and is expected to open in the Spring of 2026. 

Harvest House will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes and townhomes ranging from 662 to 1,758 square feet. Community amenities include a pool and a 24-hour fitness center.

The full project completion is expected by late 2026.
