Hillpointe Lands $67M Construction Loan for Tampa Apartments

Hillpointe secured $67 million in project financing and broke ground on Pointe Grand Interbay at Tampa, a 408-home apartment community for working families and individuals located at 7400 Interbay Blvd in South Tampa.

Upon completion in June 2027, Pointe Grand Interbay at Tampa will encompass a total site area of 798,216 square-feet and will consist of 15 residential buildings, each three stories tall. Residences will feature two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and will be available to those working households earning 80-120% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The community will also feature a clubhouse complete with amenities including a co-working space, a community pool, and a fitness center. 

Hillpointe Construction, the firm’s in-house general contracting entity, is leading the construction efforts on the project. KSH Engineering, Hamilton Engineering, Dark Moss, and Barbas Cramer are spearheading the architecture and design efforts. Construction financing was provided by PNC Bank.
