Hill Management’s Bel Air Plaza Adds Three Tenants

Hill Management Services, Inc. has attracted three new retail tenants to Bel Air Plaza, a 160,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center located at 513-599 Baltimore Pike in the Bel Air section of Harford County, Maryland. Collectively occupying more than 5,700 square feet of space, the new retailers are Crumbl Cookies, honeygrow and The Joint Chiropractic.

Ashley Zito, senior leasing manager, and Danielle Bridge, leasing manager of Hill Management Services, represented the landlord in all three transactions.

Crumbl Cookies, which leased 2,000 square feet, will offer a rotating menu of freshly-baked, gourmet cookies. Founded in Philadelphia by Justin Rosenberg in 2012, quick serve restaurant honeygrow leased 2,500 square feet. The Joint Chiropractic leased 1,225 square feet.

“Each of these new tenants are highly-recognized, nationally-based entities that have proven their appeal to a diverse set of audiences and will add significant value to Bel Air Plaza and its stakeholders,” said Danielle Beyrodt, VP and COO of Hill Management Services.
