Real estate development, investment and management company Hill Management Services has promoted Ashley Zito to senior leasing manager in the firm’s Metro Baltimore office. Zito has worked in various marketing and leasing roles with the company for the past 10 years and was formerly leasing manager.

In her new role, Zito will continue to handle marketing and leasing functions for Hill Management’s portfolio of more than four million square feet of commercial office, industrial and retail properties located throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Her responsibilities encompass identifying companies looking for new commercial space, as well as assisting organizations interested in expanding, contracting and renewing within an existing location.
