Hill Management Services, which focuses on helping newly established small businesses, has assisted The Mindful Collective with a lease at 200 E. Joppa Road in Towson.

Hill Management Services’ Mission to Support Small Businesses Pays Off All Around

Timonium, MD-based Hill Management Services, a privately owned real estate development company, has found a niche helping first-time business owners find the perfect office space. Atlas Facilities Management, Shamrock Hill Design and The Mindful Collective are all newly established business operations that found a home in buildings owned and managed by Hill Management Services, Inc.

Hill Management Services most recently placed The Mindful Collective, a coworking concept for psychotherapists who practice individually, into 200 E. Joppa Road in Towson. The turnkey real estate space now houses a collaborative environment and support for like-minded healthcare professionals.

“Each of these entrepreneurial-driven companies have recognized the extreme importance of finding high-quality office or industrial space to successfully execute their business plan,” said Danielle Beyrodt, VP and COO of Hill Management Services. “The value of creating an environment that supports every aspect of a business, and partnering with a landlord that is committed to the company’s wellbeing, cannot not be overstated. Each of these companies are examples of our mission to work closely with enterprising business owners throughout our portfolio, as it is our belief that small-business owners provide the energy to power our economy.”

Hill Management Services owns more than four million square feet of office, industrial and retail space as well as several hotel and self-storage facilities.

About Lisa McDuffie

Lisa McDuffie arrives at ConnectCRE via REALTOR® world, where she served for nearly two decades as communications director for one of the nation’s largest REALTOR® organizations. She supported two membership-elected presidents who were commercial real estate practitioners, and managed the communications initiatives of the organization’s commercial special interest group. When not following the latest commercial real estate news, Lisa is zeroed in on her charismatic off-the-track thoroughbred as she makes the transition from an utterly failed racehorse to a lovely show hunter.
