Hill Country town Kerrville could get 700 new rental units

Hill Country town Kerrville Could See Up to 700 New Residential Units

The town of Kerrville has agreed to accept the conditions a Dallas developer needs to get working on a 240-acre, multifamily and build-to-rent single family home project. Kerrville is a Hill Country town about 40 NW of San Antonio. A number of the conditions boiled down to infrastructure improvements the town felt it needed before dirt moved. The project, to be located off Camp Meeting Road, may eventually include as many as 700 housing units.

The company says it hope to do the project in phases. RREAF is first looking at a 262-unit apartment complex called Creekside Crossing. It’s set to break ground in early April and hopes for a 24-month timeline. They hope to start on another multifamily project soon after.

RREAF has developed numerous multifamily and beach properties in Texas, and in a number of other Sunbelt states.
