Hill Country Golf & Guitar Under Contract

A Dallas-area buyer is under contract to acquire the foreclosed-upon Hill Country Golf & Guitar property at 15506 SH 71 in Bee Cave, TX. The un-named buyer is expected to keep the 18-hole miniature golf component of the 7.3-acres intact, with the transaction expected to close in mid-February, 2018.

The venue, which was home to the Six-String Grill, opened in November 2014, but ended up in foreclosure by mid-2016. The property, which includes 6,425 square feet of facility space and music stage, has been on the market for seven months.

Guy Oberg III with Oberg Properties has been marketing the property. He told Community Impact that the space will hold a new restaurant, featuring a local chef from Spicewood, TX.
