Hildreth Real Estate Names COO

Hildreth Real Estate Advisors, a New York City-based diversified real estate firm, announced the appointment of Max Padway as COO to oversee the growth of the Hildreth proprietary database, new business initiatives and manage investor relations. Hildreth focuses on lower-middle-market properties in the greater New York region.

Prior to joining Hildreth, Padway gained operational experience from the tech space as the founder of an over-the-top (OTT) sports streaming platform.

Before launching his tech venture, Padway worked as an analyst on the asset management team at Guidepoint, a market research firm where he collaborated closely with both hedge fund and private equity managers to fill gaps in their research capabilities.

Padway also worked at the Benchmark Company, a boutique investment bank and sales and trading firm, where he reported to the director of trading and operations and played a key role in their investor services and organizational efficiency.
