Hilco to Market Industrial Parcels for Auction

Hilco Real Estate has been hired by Atlanta-based IDI Logistics to market 19 development parcels located in industrial parks across five metro areas. Eight of the 19 parcels are in the Chicago metro area, including five in Joliet, southwest of the city.

Also represented are the Atlanta metro area, with six sites; Memphis, with three; and California’s Inland Empire and Houston, TX with one each. Hilco plans to culminate its marketing effort with an online auction scheduled for May 22, although bids prior to the auction date are encouraged.

“This sale will be a great opportunity for a user or developer to purchase a premier site for immediate development,” said Hilco’s Joel Schneider. “These properties are in well-located and mature industrial parks that don’t come to market very often.”
