Hilco Lists Chicago Chop House, Elbo Room for Sale

Hilco Real Estate, LLC has listed two iconic Chicago properties for sale: The Chicago Chop House and the Elbo Room. Founded in 1986, the Chicago Chop House is an award-winning steakhouse housed in a restored 120-year-old Victorian brownstone building. The property features more than 8,900 square feet of space, including a recent renovation in 2017 that added an outdoor patio.

Elbo Room is a bar and music venue in the Lakeview neighborhood that operated for nearly 30 years. The mixed-use building also includes two 1,100 square feet one-bedroom apartments on the upper floors.
