Hilco Lists Burlington, VT-Area Warehouse for Sale

Hilco Real Estate, LLC is accepting offers for 91 Catamount Dr. in Milton, VT, noting that offers are due by Nov. 13 and the sale must close by the end of the year. The property consists of 86,000 square feet of distribution and warehouse space, representing a compelling opportunity for an owner-user or investor seeking a functional industrial asset in the Burlington-area market, according to Hilco.

“91 Catamount Dr. offers a combination of scale, functionality and transportation access that is increasingly difficult to replicate in the Greater Burlington market,” said Chet Evans, senior director at Hilco Global. “With 86,000 square feet, substantial storage capacity and 16 dock-high doors, the property provides a strong foundation for an owner-user or investor seeking a well-positioned industrial asset with long-term operational potential.”

The sale is in cooperation with Anderson Alex & Associates LLC. Onsite inspections will be held on Oct. 22 and 28 by appointment only. Click here for additional information.
