HighPark Moving Ahead on Denton Apartment Venture

HighPark Capital broke ground on a 242-unit, four-story luxury apartment complex in Denton. Phoenix Capital Management as its equity partner.

The Pradera at Rayzor Ranch will be on eight acres of Rayzor Ranch, a 400-acre master-planned development that will be walkable to various restaurants, retailers, public parks, and the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Denton medical campus. Located at the convergence of Interstates 35 East and 35 West and just south of U.S. Highway 380, The Pradera offers easy access to virtually every corner of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Residents of The Pradera may choose from modern one—and two-bedroom floor plans. The property will also offer a full amenity package, including a pool, fitness center, dog park, and pet grooming station.

HighPark, a private real estate development and investment company, focuses on high-end residential communities and has developed over 6,000 residential units and 2 million square feet of commercial properties across the Sunbelt.
