Highlands Residential Becomes First Tenant at One Bethany West

Kaizen Development Partners secured its first tenant for One Bethany West at Watters Creek in Allen, TX. Highlands Residential Mortgage signed a 10-year lease for 25,735 square feet at the soon-to-deliver office building at 950 W. Bethany Dr. The Dallas-based tenant will move into its new space in November 2020.

JLL’s Blake Shipley and Chris Doggett represented the property ownership group in the lease negotiation. Mohr Partners’ Rob Pipkin advised the tenant.

The building is the third of five planned Class A office projects in One Bethany at Watters Creek, joining One Bethany East and Netscout at One Bethany. Completion on the under-construction building is scheduled for early July 2020.
