Highbridge O-Zone Parcel Listed for Sale

Cushman & Wakefield is marketing for sale 1000 Woodycrest Ave., a 17,200-square-foot development site in the up-and-coming Highbridge neighborhood of the Bronx. The asking price is $1.1 million.

A Cushman & Wakefield team led by Jonathan Squires and Robert M. Shapiro will represent the seller in all marketing efforts.

“This corner site is the keystone for any new development on a block ripe for new construction,” said Squires. “The property is located within a certified Opportunity Zone and is just three blocks from Yankee Stadium and steps away from multiple subway lines, including the Yankee Stadium Metro-North stop.”

The property is just steps away from the 161st Street subway station, with access to the B, D and 4 lines. The property also benefits from its proximity to the Major Deegan Expressway, providing a fast commute into Manhattan, New Jersey and Westchester County via the George Washington and Macombs Dam Bridges.
