High Street Residential Teams with Principal on Gramercy Scottsdale

Trammell Crow Co. subsidiary High Street Residential joined forces with Principal Real Estate Investors to build Gramercy Scottsdale, a 160-unit multifamily development in downtown Scottsdale, AZ.  The five-story building, situated on two acres north of Scottsdale and Camelback Roads, has a scheduled completion for the first half of 2021. Wepac is the general contractor, and ESG Architects the architect of record.

Upon delivery, the property will offer studios, as well as one-, two- and three-bedroom units; penthouses are also on tap. Amenities will include a private dining room with chef’s kitchen, sky lounge, fitness center, pool and outdoor lounge areas with a two-way fireplace.

“Downtown Scottsdale continues to be a top valley destination, with new shopping, restaurant and entertainment options opening regularly,” said High Street Residential’s Paul Tuchin. “Gramercy Scottsdale capitalizes on the area’s walkability and its push to become a true live/work/play destination for residents.”
