High Street Residential Taps Scott Kirchhoff to Lead Atlanta Multifamily Development

High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, has selected Scott Kirchhoff, a SVP with the company, to lead the firm’s multifamily operations throughout Atlanta. In this role, he will be responsible for sourcing, shaping and executing multifamily developments throughout the greater Atlanta region.

Scott will relocate to Atlanta from HSR’s Dallas office, where he has been working since joining the firm in 2014. During his tenure, he has worked on or been involved in various capacities on 18 projects throughout Texas totaling more than 5,000 units and $1.9 billion in project costs, which includes in process, under construction and completed.

“Scott’s move to the Atlanta business unit is a true example of the power of the Trammell Crow Company and the High Street Residential platforms, whereby talent and opportunity come together,” said Brandon Houston, who leads the overall operations for TCC in Atlanta.

About Lisa McDuffie

Lisa McDuffie arrives at ConnectCRE via REALTOR® world, where she served for nearly two decades as communications director for one of the nation’s largest REALTOR® organizations. She supported two membership-elected presidents who were commercial real estate practitioners, and managed the communications initiatives of the organization’s commercial special interest group. When not following the latest commercial real estate news, Lisa is zeroed in on her charismatic off-the-track thoroughbred as she makes the transition from an utterly failed racehorse to a lovely show hunter.
