High Street Residential Signs Signature Retail Tenant for San Pedro Project

High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, has signed a retail tenant at its latest residential development in Los Angeles, Vivo on Harbor. Located in San Pedro’s Waterfront Arts District, Vivo will open to residents in late 2024 with Colossus as its signature retail tenant, with a storefront located on the corner of West 5th Street and South Harbor Boulevard slated to open this fall.

“We are excited to have a beloved local business sign on as the first retail tenant at Vivo on Harbor, a brand-new community in San Pedro that will launch leasing later this summer,” said Alex Valente, a principal with HSR in Los Angeles. “Colossus’ new location will be its third retail outpost and will complement its existing San Pedro location, providing a world-class bakery, restaurant and café concept, serving up a variety of baked goods and pastries, coffee and tea, pizza, and wine and beer. This is an incredible amenity for our future residents and for the San Pedro community.”

Located at 511 S. Harbor Blvd., Vivo on Harbor rises eight story and features 137 waterfront apartments, including 16 affordable units. Resident amenities include a rooftop indoor/outdoor clubhouse, complete with BBQ grills and a firepit; a co-working space overlooking the water on the third floor; a courtyard deck on the fourth floor; a fitness center; a pet spa; and onsite vehicle and bicycle parking.
