High Street Residential Signs Restaurant Tenant for St. Louis Project

High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, has signed a retail tenant at its newest residential property in the Greater St. Louis area. The Napoli Group will open its sixth location at The James in Kirkwood, Missouri, featuring its signature wood/coal-fired pizza.

The restaurant, located at 436 N Kirkwood Road, will occupy the 4,684-square-foot ground-floor retail space and will also feature a 1,000-square-foot outdoor patio. Napoli Kirkwood is slated to open during the fourth quarter of 2024.

The James, which opened in March 2024, includes a mix of studio to three-bedroom apartments, including a selection of one- and two-bedroom apartments. Amenities include a club room, a private dining area, and a fitness club with a yoga studio. Greystar is leasing and managing the residential property.
