High Street Residential Select Carolyn Hewitt for SVP of Multifamily Development

High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, has selected Carolyn Hewitt to lead multifamily development in Boston. In her role as SVP, Hewitt will be responsible for sourcing, shaping and executing multifamily developments throughout the Boston region.

Carolyn joins High Street Residential from The NRP Group, where she spent five years as VP of development. In her role with NRP, she opened, managed, and grew the firm’s Boston office and developed more than 800 multifamily units valued at over $250 million.

“As our first team member solely focused on growing our High Street Residential business, Carolyn will take the lead on sourcing new residential development opportunities while organically growing the High Street Residential team in Boston,” said Sam Schaefer, SVP and leader of the TCC/HSR Boston office. “There is a huge opportunity to tap into the multifamily market, especially as demand for new, high-end multifamily development continues increase.”

About Lisa McDuffie

Lisa McDuffie arrives at ConnectCRE via REALTOR® world, where she served for nearly two decades as communications director for one of the nation’s largest REALTOR® organizations. She supported two membership-elected presidents who were commercial real estate practitioners, and managed the communications initiatives of the organization’s commercial special interest group. When not following the latest commercial real estate news, Lisa is zeroed in on her charismatic off-the-track thoroughbred as she makes the transition from an utterly failed racehorse to a lovely show hunter.
