High Street Residential Launches Pre-Leasing on San Pedro Waterfront

High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, has begun pre-leasing at Vivo on Harbor, its development in the San Pedro Waterfront Arts District, with anticipated move-ins this November. Vivo on Harbor is comprised of 137 waterfront units and is located at the gateway to the Port of Los Angeles.

“We are eager to start pre-leasing Vivo on Harbor, which is designed to be a key pillar of the evolving San Pedro community, bringing together both new and current residents,” said Alex Valente, principal with High Street Residential’s Los Angeles office. “The people of San Pedro are committed to maintaining the city’s vibrancy for those seeking a culturally rich and amenity-filled coastal community. We are proud to be a part San Pedro’s growth and look forward to continuing to foster a thriving, dynamic neighborhood.”

Located at 511 S. Harbor Blvd., the property is within walking distance from several transformative projects in San Pedro, including the expanded Port of Los Angeles Promenade & Town Square and the 42-acre West Harbor development.
