High Street Residential Debuts Mission Junction MF

High Street Residential and partner, Principal Real Estate Investors, unveiled Llewellyn, a 318-unit apartment community in Mission Junction on the eastern edge of Los Angeles’ Chinatown neighborhood. Located at 1101 N. Main St., the community started pre-leasing this month and will open for residents in January 2021.

The new complex features two-bedroom, one-bedroom and studio apartments. The unit mix also includes 15 ground-floor units with individual entrances and direct access to private outdoor patios.

Amenities include a 1,700-square-foot co-lab workspace; a soundproof “jam” room; two expansive rooftop decks; three communal courtyards; a heated pool and spa; multiple indoor/outdoor entertaining spaces with fire pits and barbecue grills; an outdoor children’s play area; a double-height fitness center; a dog spa; and a bike service room.

Llewellyn spans a full city block that borders Los Angeles State Historic Park, a 32-acre recreational area that opened in 2017, and is located near the Chinatown Metro Gold Line Station.
