High Street Logistics, Altus Power Announce Strategic Partnership 

Altus Power, a developer and operator of commercial-scale solar facilities, has announced an exclusive strategic partnership with High Street Logistics Properties. The partnership aims to develop and construct clean electrification solutions at High Street’s industrial properties across the United States.  

Altus Power plans to deploy solar panels, battery storage, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure across High Street’s portfolio of 144 industrial and logistics assets. High Street will also benefit from Altus Power’s AI-powered Carbon Dashboard, which provides insights into clean power usage and helps monitor carbon emissions.  

The partnership will support High Street’s goal of achieving ‘Net Zero’ by 2050 and deliver value to their stakeholders through cost savings and reduced carbon footprint.
