union Park Residences

High Street-Led Team Moving Ahead on 308-Unit Norterra Rental Community

High Street Residential (HSR) and joint venture partners Mar-Gulf Management Inc. and MDI Capital, broke ground on Union Park Residences in Phoenix’s Norterra master-planned development. The 308-unit, four-story, Class A community will sit on 8 acres and is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2027.
 
Located at 2215 W. Union Street in northern Phoenix, Union Park Residences will include studios, one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 600 to 1,400 square feet. Amenities will include a pool, spa, fitness center with a sauna and cold plunge, coworking area, pet spa, dog run, club room, and game lounge.
 
Union Park Residences will be situated in Norterra, a master-planned community located within a Phoenix growth corridor. The area spans nearly 400 acres and features a mix of over 1,000 homes, apartments, and 250,000 square feet of commercial and office space.
 
ESG Architects have designed the project, and Ironmark Building Company will serve as the general contractor
