High Street Completes Active Adult Project in Evanston

High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, has completed Avidor Evanston, a 169-unit active-adult senior community in Evanston, IL. The 55-plus community, which opens to new residents this month, is managed by Allegro Management Company.

“Avidor Evanston is the third active-adult community that we have completed as part the Avidor brand in the Midwest,” said Mary Boehmler, senior associate of High Street Residential’s Midwest business unit. “The amenities and activities are curated to encourage a dynamic lifestyle for our residents, while competitively priced units are designed with functionality in mind.”

Avidor Evanston offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom rental units, some including a den/home office bonus space. Along with a suite of amenities intended to promote an active lifestyle, the project also will offer on-site management, full time activities director, indoor climate-controlled parking, private storage lockers and a guest suite for resident visitors.
