Buckhead Apartments Converting to Condos

Crescent Heights is converting a high-rise apartment building at 2460 Peachtree Road into condominiums. The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports the property has changed hands several times over the years. Crescent Heights’ purchased the development last November for just over $55 million. It was built in 1984

The redeveloped property, called Panorama, will feature 236 one- and two-bedroom condos, each ranging from roughly 800 to 1,100 square feet.

Amenities include a deck with a golfing green and meditation space, an indoor pet spa and a landscaped exterior dog park.

Last year, Kolter Urban filed plans with the city to build a condo tower at 102 West Paces Ferry Road. The building will include 198 units, ground-floor amenities and a parking deck with 448 spaces. In 2022, it built the 22-story Graydon Buckhead tower at 2520 Peachtree Road and is nearing completion of The Dillon, an 18-story building at 2395 Peachtree Road.
