High End Fitness Center, Residences Merge at New Paradise Valley Project

The team of RED Development and Life Time is merging the athletic club and rental community. The two-in-one project will be at the 100-acre redevelopment of the former Paradise Valley Mall, call PV. The fitness center and multifamily community is slated to open in 2026.

The planned 11-story Life Time Living Paradise Valley will include more than 300 residences for lease that combine the well-known luxury country club with residences to inspire a healthy lifestyle.

Life Time Living will feature a mix of one- and two-bedroom and penthouse units ranging from 850 square feet to more than 2,100 square feet with a host of amenities with high-end amenities that include work-from-home lounges, private dining room and an outdoor pool deck with a jacuzzi pool.

PV will also be home to a 92,000-square-foot Life Time athletic country club, located steps away from the resort-style high-rise Life Time Living. A rooftop beach club, which connects to the Life Time Living rooftop pool, will create a hospitality deck totaling more than 1.5 acres.
