High-End Charlotte Apartments Opening Soon

Abacus Capital, JE Dunn Capital Partners and L&B Realty Advisors have teamed up on The Campbell, a 12-story, 117-unit building at the former Campbell’s Greenhouses & Nursery site. The complex at 209 McDonald Ave., which will open later this month, offers one, two and three bedroom units from 750-1,750 square feet, averaging out at 1,200 square feet. Monthly rent for a one-bedroom apartment starts at $2,500. Rental rates start at $3,975 for a two-bedroom unit and at $6,510 for a three-bedroom unit.

Amenities include a sky terrace with skyline views on the top floor, a fitness center, a resident lounge with a golf simulator and catering kitchen, private coworking spaces, a reservable conference room, a dog spa and a bike room. It will also include more than 2,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.

Colony Commercial was the construction manager. The project architect was Axiom Architecture, and the civil engineer was McAdams Co.
