New 369-unit luxury mid-rise going up in Houston's The Heights

High-End Apartments Coming to Houston’s The Heights

A new 359-unit multifamily community is coming to The Heights. Austin developer OHT Partners, plans to build an upscale rental complex at 333 West 24th Street. Construction is expected to begin in December with the project opening in the first quarter of 2025. A public filing put initial construction estimates for the 5-story project at about $31.2 million.

The project, called Lenox Heights, will provide residences with amenities such as two resort-style pools, a sky tower with views of downtown Houston, a WeWork-inspired co-working studio, a fitness center and spa for pets.

“This part of town attracts young professionals and families alike due to its proximity to major employment centers, charming neighborhood vibes, and rare walkability to some of Houston’s best retail and dining,” said OHT’s Jackson Simmons. Designed by architect Steinberg Dickey Collaborative LLP, Lenox Heights represents OHT Partners’ thirteenth project in the Houston area.
