Hiffman National to Manage River North Office Property

Hiffman National, the property management and advisory services division of real estate services firm NAI Hiffman, has been selected by Fritz Duda Company to manage 212 W. Kinzie St., a six-story, 24,625-square-foot office property located in Chicago’s River North submarket.

Hiffman National will lead day-to-day management operations for the building, which is located steps from the Merchandise Mart and Chicago River. Alexandria Borrego, associate director – management services, will lead the on-site management team at 212 W. Kinzie.

“This assignment reinforces Hiffman National’s growing presence and established capabilities in Chicago’s urban core,” said Carrie Szarzynski, senior managing director and head of management services at Hiffman National. “212 W. Kinzie is a highly visible asset, and we’re proud to partner with Fritz Duda Company to deliver tailored, hands-on property management that reflects the building’s stature and appeal.”
