HFF Secures Refi on Class A Indianapolis Office

REI Real Estate Services LLC has obtained a refinancing on 300 North Meridian, a 336,374-square-foot, Class A office tower in Indianapolis, via a loan arranged by HFF. The dollar amount of the transaction was not disclosed.

HFF’s David Keller, Ken Martin and Nelson Almond worked with REI to place the fixed-rate loan with Nationwide Real Estate Investments. HFF will service the loan, with proceeds going to pay off existing debt and provide capital for a major tenant’s improvement plan and lobby renovations.

“Given the quality of the sponsorship, continued long-term commitment to the building by its major tenant and the overall strength of the downtown Indianapolis office market, this proved to be a very attractive opportunity for Nationwide,” said Martin.

Developed by REI in 1987, the 27-story tower is 82% leased to a diverse group of national and regional banks, established law firms and consultants.
