HFF Secures $30M Loan for Broomfield, CO MF
Jeffrey Sanders of Mountain View Capital LLC has obtained $30.5 in construction financing for Mountain View at Palisade Park, a 216-unit apartment community under construction in Broomfield, CO. Josh Simon and Kristian Lichtenfels of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP secured the loan, on behalf of the Denver-based borrower.
Mountain View at Palisade Park, situated on 8.3 acres at the southwest corner of 169th Avenue and Huron Street, is anticipated to open next year. According to Simon, the property attracted a great deal of interest from banks and a couple of life insurance companies, mostly because of the developer’s local ties.
“Being local and really knowing and understanding the market is highly important to banks today,” Simon said. He said such knowledge is important, especially because construction financing is becoming more difficult to obtain in the Denver area.
