HFF Expands West Coast Leadership Team

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) has reportedly expanded its West Coast leadership team, by appointing Michael Leggett and Kevin MacKenzie to head its West Coast region. Leggett and MacKenzie will oversee the firm’s five West Coast offices in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, and Portland, Oregon.

Over the past two years, HFF has added 34 transaction professionals, and appointed four new office heads on the West Coast. The additions include retail, office, hotel, multi-housing and industrial investment sales, as well as debt placement.

“The appointment of Michael and Kevin was a natural progression for these two talented individuals, who have demonstrated significant leadership through their roles as office heads and throughout the firm nationally,” said Jody Thornton, president of HFF Inc.
