HFF Arranges JV Equity for $100M+ Library Tower
Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P (HFF) arranged joint venture equity for the development of 330 Thirteenth, a more than $100-million residential tower that straddles downtown San Diego’s Ballpark District/East Village neighborhood. The 23-story, Class A+ project includes 221-units, and is slated for completion in 2018.
330 Thirteenth, also known as Library Tower, is situated on a .92-acre site adjacent to the new San Diego Central Library. The 240-foot tower is being designed by Los Angeles-based DesignARC and San Diego-based Rob Wellington Quigley, FAIA.
HFF worked on behalf of the developer, Greenwich, CT-based The Richman Group, on the JV with Glendale, CA-based American Realty Advisors, which contributed equity for the project. HFF’s Aldon Cole, Tim Wright and Hunter Combs handled the equity placement.
