HeyDey Entertainment Coming to Texas
HeyDey Entertainment LLC, an Oklahoma-based family owned active entertainment concept, will be debuting in Texas. The company signed a 42,500-square-foot lease as an anchor at Gateway Village, a 94-acre mixed-use development in Denison, TX.
Ryan Smith represented the landlord, Covenant Development. The tenant was represented by Bryan Cornelius and Tim Henson of Venture Commercial Real Estate. According to Smith, HeyDey Entertainment will have a 16-lane blowing alley, ropes course, miniature golf, a bar and a restaurant, among other features.
The 300,000-square-foot Gateway Village is at U.S. 75 and Farm-to-Market Road 691. The development is part of a 700-acre master-planned community that includes single-family and multifamily homes, a Hilton Garden Inn, Texoma Medical Center and a 65-acre future sports complex.
