Heyday Sun Prairie Celebrates Grand Opening of 41-Acre Community

Heyday, an Arlington Heights, Illinois-based development company led by Josh Wohlreich and Ryan Swingruber, celebrated the grand opening of its first community, Heyday Sun Prairie, This is the first build-to-rent single-family-attached rental community to open in South Central Wisconsin, and the first residents have moved in.

The first phase of the 170-unit single-family-attached rental homes at Heyday Sun Prairie was revealed, as guests toured the upscale single-level homes situated in a 41-acre community filled with activated outdoor spaces. Heyday Sun Prairie is managed by Daniel Management Group (DMG), which delivers an optimal resident experience overseeing properties in both urban and suburban Wisconsin communities.

“We recognized the need for innovative housing solutions in the Midwest for those wanting to transition into or out of home ownership and thus developed Heyday to provide an exceptional solution that meets their needs,” said Swingruber. Heyday has a second community under construction in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.
