Heyday Leases on the Upper West Side

A skin care shop found a great home for itself in a 3,800-square-foot storefront on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

Heyday is a skin-care destination that specializes in making facials a routine step in everyday life. The shop is a good fit with the store next door, a location of beauty chain Drybar.

“The location couldn’t be beat. Just steps off the priciest stretch of Columbus Avenue, 67 W. 71st St. proved to be the ideal option for Heyday,” said Harrison Abramowitz, director for NKF, which represented the owner, 71st Realty Associates. Isaacs and Company advised the tenant.

Heyday will occupy 2,100 square feet of the ground floor space, and 1,700 square feet of lower-level space.
