Hewlett Packard Enterprises 74-Acre Campus Coming to Market

The 74-acre remaining campus belonging to Hewlett Packard Enterprises will be coming to market in Q1 2018. And JLL’s Rudy Hubbard, Kevin McConn and Rick Goings will be marketing the asset on Houston’s northwest side.

Once the home of Compaq Computer Corp., the 2 million square feet of office, manufacturing and laboratory space at 1145 Compaq Center W. Dr. was built specifically for the computer giant.  In 2002, Hewlett-Packard acquired Compaq Computer. Since that time, parts of the massive campus at S.H. 249 and Louetta, including the Lone Star College System.

Santa Clara, CA-headquartered HPE announced it would cut jobs and move its manufacturing and other jobs to another location in Houston , following flooding from summer 2017’s Hurricane Harvey. There is no word, as yet, on where HPE will relocate.
