IPA Capital Markets, a division of Marcus & Millichap specializing in capital markets services, has appointed Max Herzog as executive managing director and Marko Kazanjian as senior managing director to their New York City office.  

With over three decades of combined experience in capital markets, Herzog and Kazanjian have managed financing deals for various asset classes, including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, hospitality, single tenant, and land. Their expertise extends to permanent, bridge, construction, mezzanine, and joint venture equity financing.  

In their roles, they will concentrate on expanding the IPA capital markets practice in the New York Tri-State area, catering to institutional and private owners and developers of commercial real estate.
