Hersh Equity Group Taps Hiffman National to Manage Tampa Office, Warehouse Assets

Hollywood, FL-based real estate investment firm Hersh Equity Group has retained Hiffman National to manage four Tampa-area assets that total nearly 200,000 square feet.

  • 8800 Office Park: a multi-building, 47,003-square-foot office park in Pinellas Park
  • Park Place Industrial: a 77,149-square-foot warehouse in Pinellas Park
  • Park Village North: a 35,598-square-foot flex/industrial building in Largo
  • Plaza Center: a 36,470-square-foot office building in Largo

“These assets are in two submarkets that cater to smaller flex industrial and office tenants and have historically high occupancy rates,” said Jim Tainter, SVP, Sun Belt Region for Hiffman National. “Tampa’s industrial market has displayed significant growth over the past few years, highlighted by accelerated leasing activity and strong rent growth, while the office market has shown signs of stabilization.”

In addition to overseeing day-to-day operation of the assets, Hiffman National will manage rent collection, accounting, financial reporting, engineering, maintenance and capital improvements.

Oakbrook Terrace, IL-based commercial property management firm Hiffman National manages more than 130 million square feet of commercial property in 27 states, including 3.1 million square feet in FL.
