Heritage Title Joins Tenant Roster at Indeed Tower

Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and Principal Real Estate Investors have leased 20,459 square feet to Heritage Title Company of Austin at Indeed Tower, currently under construction in Downtown Austin. The company, which provides title insurance and settlement services, will occupy part of the tower’s 20th floor upon moving in next summer.

“Upon completion, Indeed Tower will be one of the premier office buildings in the Austin market,” said TCC Austin principal Brad Maples. “We are proud to add Heritage Title Company to our growing roster of tenants in the project and look forward to welcoming their employees to their new home next year.”

CBRE’s Troy Holme, Casey Ford and Katie Ekstrom represented ownership. Lincoln Property Company’s Derek Lewis and Todd Gilfillan represented Heritage Title.

Construction on Indeed Tower, formerly known as Block 71, began in October 2017 and is scheduled to be completed during the first half of 2021.
