Every worker has faced challenges from long strenuous hours to the Monday blues. However, the most complained about aspect of office life is the freezing office phenomenon.

Lucky for you, veterans of these arctic-like offices across the nation have complied a list of their favorite hacks to combat the perpetual workplace winter. Here they are, in no particular order.

You can pair your summery outfit with a cashmere sweater, an inexpensive hoodie, or a denim jacket. Layering is key. You can also accessorize with scarves, gloves and hand warmers. If supplementing your outfit is not for you, you can try using space heaters, blankets, or even drink hot beverages. After all, it is summer, and while Christmas in July might be a phenomenon, the cold office doesn’t have to be one.
