Henry S. Miller Takes On Management, Leasing of Sundance Square

Owners of downtown Fort Worth’s Sundance Square selected Henry S. Miller Co. to handle leasing and management activities for the 29-block, three-million-square-foot area. Previous property management functions had been handled in-house. Fine Line Group and the Family Office of Sasha and Ed Bass own the space, which holds retail and office components.

City Center Management Co. will manage the City Center Towers complex, consisting of the Wells Fargo Tower and Bank of America Tower.

Ed Bass said, that the goal of the HSM hire is to bring “new vibrancy to our retail, restaurant, multifamily, residential, office and entertainment offerings.” HSM, in the meantime, indicated it would ensure that existing tenants’ needs were taken care of, as well as “focusing on best-in-class and new-to-market retail stores, restaurants and events,” according to Henry S. Miller III.

Henry S. Miller Co. was Sundance Square’s first property management and leasing firm in the early 1980s.
