Henderson’s $50M The Cliff Announces First Retail Tenants

The Cliff, a 100,000-square-foot Class A retail development in Henderson’ announced its first six tenants. The Cliff transformed outdated office buildings into a pedestrian-friendly retail campus with 25 retail spaces anchored by a central bar and outdoor lounge, lush covered patios and a food kiosk alley. Among the future tenants are home furnishings brand Arhaus, The Taco Stand, Killer Whale Creamery, Lyte House, The Barista Botanist and Next Health.

Located at 2500–2550 Paseo Verde Parkway, construction on The Cliff is set to begin in early 2026 at a cost of $50 million, with tenants anticipated to open by late 2026.

A partnership between San Diego-based CAST and Los Angeles-based Partners Capital will be leading the project.
