HelloOffice Reborn as Raise, Adds New Product, Service Lines

San Francisco-based Raise officially launches today of a re-designed technology platform, new website, and new workplace services offering for clients. The company will fully transition to Raise Commercial Real Estate from its former moniker of HelloOffice.

Raise’s Justin Bedecarre (pictured) says, “The pandemic accelerated the future of the workplace in a matter of months, what was previously a decade in the making. After surveying hundreds of clients and interviewing workplace leaders across many industries, it was clear to us that the reimagination of work is upon us.”

The new technology platform digitizes the archaic, siloed processes they say is commonplace in commercial real estate. Raise’s disruptive technology allows brokers, project managers, and workplace strategists to directly interact with tenants, helping them build multi-market real estate portfolios and operate collaborative, dynamic workplaces for employees.

Raise also assembled a team of workplace innovators to navigate the office of the future. Raise’s newest service offering provides clients robust return-to-office playbooks and hybrid workplace implementation plans.
