HelloOffice Acquires Leading Workplace Strategy Team, Launches Silicon Valley Office

HelloOffice added five key hires to launch its third regional office and lead workplace strategy services. The company’s new Silicon Valley office will be led by Jon Moeller, former Executive Vice President at CBRE.

Throughout his career, Moeller has completed transactions in excess of $10 billion in value and 16 million square feet and has advised hundreds of iconic technology companies. He will be joined by long time business partner Jenny Kuang, who will serve as HelloOffice’s Head of Broker Operations.

The company also hired Jen Nguyen and Julija Costantino, co-founders of Teamwerc, to expand HelloOffice’s workplace strategies, as well as Bonnie Bibra, former Head of Global Workplace Services at Pinterest. The three workplace leaders have an extensive track record building hyper-growth, inclusive, and award-winning workplaces at Pinterest, Zynga, Tesla Motors, Linkedin and SAP Successfactors.

They will focus on helping companies implement the hybrid workplace, including strategies around the ongoing workplace experience, return to office guidelines, recruiting, technology implementation, procurement, design, and wellness.
