Hello Living Plants Flag in Inwood with MXU

Brooklyn-based Hello Living has acquired 4650 Broadway in Northern Manhattan’s Inwood section for what will be its first development in Manhattan. The company said a mixed-use project known as Hello Broadway will be built on the site, which can accommodate 370,039 buildable square feet as of right.

The project will contain 272 residential units, with 30% of the units included in the state’s Affordable New York housing program. It will also feature approximately 140,000 square feet of community facility, and an additional 49,000 square feet of commercial retail space.

Hello Living founder and CEO Eli Karp noted that the company, which has developed 13 projects across Brooklyn, sought to apply “the same vision to Hello Broadway in order to serve the future residents and business owners at 4650 Broadway. As we enter this new area, we are committed to adding to the landscape of what makes Inwood unique.”
